How much does the club earn? 35% with worked examples
The club, team or class keeps 35%. With 20 sellers selling about SEK 2,400 each, that comes to SEK 16,800. Here is how to set a goal that holds up.

The fixed model: 35%
At Roots the club's margin is a fixed business term: the club, team or class keeps 35% of sales. It is the same figure in the calculator, the portal and all external messaging — so team leaders and sellers stay aligned.
You do not need to negotiate your own percentage to understand the offer. Focus instead on how many active sellers you have and how much each seller turns over on average during the campaign.
Worked examples
Example 1: A club, team or class with 20 sellers where each seller averages about SEK 2,400 (6 Premium packs). Gross sales: SEK 48,000. Share (35%): SEK 16,800.
Example 2: 300 members who sell, about SEK 2,400 per seller. Gross: SEK 720,000. Share: SEK 252,000.
Example 3: 25 sellers × about SEK 2,400 (6 Premium packs) = SEK 60,000 gross → SEK 21,000 to the club, team or class. The figures are illustrations; your actual sales depend on engagement, timing and how easy it is to share the shop.
What affects the result most?
Three things: how many people actually share their link, how clear the goal is (e.g. “tournament trip at Easter”) and whether the product feels relevant. Premium care like the Premium pack is easier to recommend than one-off goods — especially to adults in the network.
You can use the calculator on How it works to test your own assumptions before you set goals internally.
Transparency builds trust
Tell members and parents openly how the 35% model works. When everyone understands that a purchase both delivers a good product and supports the team, the conversation gets easier — and sellers feel more confident.

Plan with a goal the team believes in
A reasonable goal makes the campaign easier to rally around. Start with what the money should enable, work backwards with the 35% model and break the goal into manageable parts. Then it becomes clear that even a single share or order actually contributes.
Still treat the forecast as a forecast. Sales vary between seasons and networks, and it is better to follow progress openly than to promise a specific amount. Use How it works to try your own conditions and check current prices on the product page when you plan communication.
