Personal shop and QR: sell without boxes or cash
Every seller gets their own link and QR code. The customer pays and gets home delivery. See where QR works best and how to share without nagging.

One shop per seller
When you are a seller in a Roots-connected club you get a personal shop page. It is tied to you and your team, so purchases via your link are counted in the right place in the portal.
The customer does not need to create an account with the club to shop. They open the link, choose products and pay — much like any modern web shop.
Link and QR code
In the portal you can copy your shop link or show a QR code. QR works well in the changing room, on the noticeboard, in the match programme or when someone wants to scan straight from your phone.
The link suits SMS, Messenger, Instagram Stories and email to relatives. Many combine both: QR locally, link digitally.
What the customer sees
The shop carries the Roots range — including shampoo, conditioner, body wash and the Premium pack. Current prices always appear on the product pages and in the shop.
The customer gets a clear checkout and home delivery. As a seller you do not need to take money or pack orders.
Good habits for sharing
Consider updating the profile image and a short note about the team's goal. Share when there is a reason — before a tournament, season start or “last chance this week”. Avoid spamming the same group every day; a few thoughtful reminders go further.

Make it easy for people who want to support
A good shop page should answer the questions the customer would otherwise have asked in a chat: what the products are, why the team is fundraising and how the purchase works. That is why it is smart to share the link together with a short, personal line about your goal.
Think of the QR code as a shortcut, not the whole message. At a match or club event a sign with QR works well when someone also talks about the team. Digitally the link fits better. See tips for sellers for wording that feels respectful.
Keep the information updated during the campaign. If the team's goal changes or an activity is approaching, a short new explanation can give the link fresh relevance — without you sending the same message over and over.
Frequently asked questions
- Can several people in the same family have their own shop?
- Yes, each seller has their own link. That makes it easy to see who contributed — without mixing up orders.
- Does QR work without an app?
- Yes. The phone camera opens the link straight in the browser. The customer does not need to download anything extra.
